 Our version of Awaze with spicy mustard, made in every home with senafich (Ethiopian mustard). Senafich is challenging to perfect, we standardize ours using high-quality mustard.

Awaze Honeyed Jalapeno:

We use Glory Bee Honey Clover Blossom “SAVE THE BEE!” (since we can’t get “Rira Honey” (Rira Haney a product of Rira village in Ethiopia region of Oromia) We have no dessert in Ethiopia, but we do have plenty of honey! Our clients requested for “spicy and somewhat sweet Awaze” and the Honeyed Jalapeno Awaze sauce was born. Complex sweetness balanced by the heat from the jalapenos, and mellow vinegar to further amplify the sweetness of the honey. 

Awaze Honeyed Jalapeno is best used for chicken marinade, dressing, and dipping
