PAN Seared Rainbow Trout with Awaze Truffle Oil
Serves 1 or 2
Pan Seared Rainbow Trout with Awaze Truffle Oil Portobello mushrooms and red peppers
Simple... only minutes to prepare
Small rainbow trout, boned (for 2 servings)
2. tsp. Olive oil
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp. Awaze Truffle
1/2 Portobello Mushroom
¼ red peppers chopped
DIRECTIONS:
Rub fillets of trout with Awaze Truffle Oil, marinate at room temperature for 20 minutes.
Place Portobello Mushroom 1 tsp. olive oil on Skillet and cook for about 2 to 3 minutes add red pepper
Remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet on high heat add olive oil lemon juice bring to high heat and place Trout with
Awaze Truffle Oil - cook 3 minutes on each side skin side down
Cover with mushroom and red pepper – garnish with parsley and lemon. Enjoy!
